Maersk signs five-year UK&I warehousing, distribution deal with Columbia Sportswear

Initial volume and facility details
Initial throughput targets about 1,600,000 inbound and outbound units annually across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels.
The deal covers about 8,000 square meters of dedicated space, supported by inventory of roughly 25,000 SKUs.
Operations to run from Tamworth facility
Work will run from Maersk’s multi-customer facility in Tamworth, replacing Columbia’s current UK servicing setup from Cambrai, France.
Five-year warehousing and distribution contract
Maersk signed a five-year UK warehousing and distribution contract with Columbia Sportswear for pick-and-pack operations in the UK and Ireland.
