uCloudlink posted Q2 2026 revenue of US$18.2 million, down 5.9% year over year.
Results swung to a net loss of US$3 million, from a profit a year earlier; loss per ADS was US$0.08.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) turned negative at US$1.8 million, from positive a year earlier, as operating loss widened to US$2.9 million.
Management commentary and outlook
CEO Chaohui Chen cited macro headwinds, geopolitical tensions curbing outbound China travel, and a surge in memory chip costs; uCloudlink 2.0 IoT scaled.
Q3 revenue outlook was set at US$19 million-US$22 million; 2026 guidance was cut to US$75 million-US$85 million.
