Magna reports record second-quarter adjusted EPS and raises full-year outlook
Magna posted Q2 2026 sales up 3% to USD 11 billion, while U.S. GAAP net income attributable to shareholders climbed 24% to USD 469 million.
U.S. GAAP diluted EPS rose 27% to USD 1.72; non-GAAP adjusted EPS increased 29% to USD 1.86, a second-quarter record.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBIT advanced 16% to USD 677 million, lifting the adjusted EBIT margin by 0.7 percentage points to 6.2%.
Free cash flow improved to USD 617 million from USD 301 million, while cash from operations increased to USD 954 million from USD 627 million.
Magna raised its full-year 2026 outlook for non-GAAP adjusted EBIT margin to 6.3%-6.6%, adjusted EPS to USD 6.70-USD 7.30, and free cash flow to USD 1.75-USD 1.85 billion.
