Magnera posted GAAP net sales of $857 million in the June quarter, up 2% year over year.
GAAP operating income rose to $22 million; GAAP net loss widened to $20 million, with a loss per share of $0.56.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA climbed 9% to $99 million.

Curt Begle said results set a record third quarter on organic volume growth and synergy savings; Magnera reaffirmed its full-year free cash flow outlook.
