1. Partnership with PHȲND Expands Ad-Supported Cloud Gaming Reach
Magnite has partnered with PHȲND, the global cloud gaming platform on Smart TVs, to provide programmatic and direct advertising across PHȲND’s library of over 100 console-quality titles. Leveraging Magnite’s SpringServe ad server and omnichannel programmatic capabilities, the collaboration will enable advertisers to target demographics, interests and in-game behaviors across multiple Smart TV manufacturers. This launch creates new, non-intrusive ad formats within games such as action, sports and family genres, and is expected to generate low-single-digit millions in incremental annualized revenue for Magnite by integrating ad breaks seamlessly into gameplay.
2. Institutional Investor Increases Stake by $6.11 Million
During the fourth quarter, Texas-based Kopion Asset Management added 367,858 shares of Magnite, representing a $6.11 million trade value based on the quarter’s average pricing. After these purchases, Kopion’s quarter-end position rose by $4.60 million in mark-to-market value. This strategic accumulation underscores growing institutional confidence in Magnite’s ability to monetize connected TV and gaming inventory, and follows a flat 12-month performance in which the stock traded in a narrow range.
3. Upcoming Investor Engagement at Needham Growth Conference
Magnite’s executive team will host in-person meetings and a fireside chat at the Needham 28th Annual Growth Conference in New York City on January 14, 2026.
