MakeMyTrip shareholders meet Sept. 28, 2026 to vote on auditor and board matters for fiscal 2027.
The ballot includes appointing KPMG (Mauritius) as independent auditor for the year ending March 31, 2027.
Shareholders will also vote to adopt audited consolidated and separate financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026.
The director re-election slate includes Aditya Tim Guleri, Jane Jie Sun and Xing Xiong.
The board order calls for shareholders to vote on the resolutions.
