Intercompany outplacement services agreement

ManpowerGroup Greater China signed an intercompany agreement on Aug. 27, 2026, for its Right Management Shanghai unit to provide outplacement services to Right Management US through Dec. 31, 2027.

The company set annual caps of RMB 6.5 million for service fees in fiscal 2026 and fiscal 2027.

Historical fees from Right Management US totaled RMB 214,000 in 2024, RMB 184,000 in 2025, and RMB 885,000 in the first half of 2026.
