1. Sale details

The transaction closed with no contingencies at signing and a 26-day escrow. It was the first closing in an Anaheim-area multifamily portfolio repositioning tied to a 1031 exchange into Orange County apartments. The buyer, a large property management company, plans unit upgrades and property improvements to drive rents.
