Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of a six-property Secure Storage self-storage portfolio in Oregon.
The portfolio totals 537,962 square feet across 3,545 units in Ashland, Bend, Prineville, Redmond, Hood River and Hillsboro.
Seller representation was handled by Adam Schlosser, Keith Phillips and Dean Trammell, working with Oregon broker of record David Tabata.
All rentable square footage offers ground-level access, and two sites include land slated for future expansion.
