1. Sale of Two Manassas Industrial Properties
Marcus & Millichap completed the $42 million sale of Goode Business Center and Atlantic Building Supply in Manassas, Virginia. The deal comprised a two-building, 135,000-square-foot storage and manufacturing complex on 10 acres at 12269 Livingston Road and an 18,000-square-foot warehouse on nearly four acres at 12249 Livingston Road.
2. Northern Virginia Data Center Corridor Demand

The assemblage of adjacent parcels enhances the firm’s positioning in high-demand data corridor land transactions.
