MAR•Marriott and PASHA Real Estate expand luxury projects in Azerbaijan and Georgia
Marriott signed a multi-property deal with PASHA Real Estate to develop three hotel and residential projects in Azerbaijan and Georgia.
- Planned Ritz-Carlton beachfront resort in Baku’s Zagulba area with 80 rooms, alongside 282 branded residences.
- PASHA also plans a new tower extending Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baku with 238 additional luxury units.
- Agreement includes a Le Méridien hotel in central Tbilisi with 152 rooms, dining venues, events space, and fitness facilities.
