Marygold Companies’ Gourmet Foods unit agrees to sell Printstock business
MGLD•Marygold Companies’ subsidiary Gourmet Foods signed a definitive agreement to sell all Printstock assets for NZ$2.45 million, or US$1.4 million. The deal includes a five-year post-closing restraint of trade in New Zealand for Printstock and covenantors.
