Marygold Companies unit Gourmet Foods agrees to sell Printstock assets for at least NZ$2.45 million
MGLD•Gourmet Foods agreed to sell the Printstock business to TAG Investments in an asset sale for at least NZ$2.45 million, with final proceeds to be determined at closing. Closing is targeted for on or about Nov. 20, 2026, subject to conditions including due diligence, lease assignment and inventory valuation.
1. Sale terms and timing
Marygold Companies’ Gourmet Foods unit agreed to sell the Printstock business to TAG Investments for cash consideration of at least NZ$2.45 million, with final proceeds to be determined at closing. Closing is targeted for on or about Nov. 20, 2026, subject to due diligence, lease assignment and inventory valuation. The deal supports the group’s strategy shift toward financial services, which now account for more than half of consolidated revenue.
