Masco Names Three New Executives as Two Longtime Leaders Announce 2026 Retirements
Masco will retire executives Jai Shah and Rick Marshall in July and September 2026 after 23- and 37-year tenures, respectively. Jill Ehnes will lead Delta Faucet Company and North America Plumbing, Arun Iyer becomes Chief Supply Chain Officer & Masco Operating System, and Steven Nikolopoulos joins as Chief Procurement Officer.
1. Retirements of Senior Executives
Masco announced that Group President, Plumbing & Wellness Jai Shah will retire in July 2026 after a 23-year career, and Vice President of the Masco Operating System Rick Marshall will retire in September 2026 following 37 years with the company.
2. New Executive Appointments
Jill Ehnes, former President of Delta Faucet Company, will oversee Delta Faucet and North America Plumbing; Arun Iyer, previously VP of Supply Chain & Service at Delta Faucet, is promoted to Chief Supply Chain Officer & Masco Operating System; Steven Nikolopoulos joins from Newell Brands as Chief Procurement Officer.
3. Streamlined Reporting Structure
The reorganized Executive Committee now has leaders of Behr Paint Company, Delta Faucet Company, Hansgrohe and Watkins Wellness reporting directly to CEO Jon Nudi, aiming to enhance alignment between corporate objectives and business unit priorities.
