Masonglory prices $1 million private placement at $1.50 per share
MSGY•Masonglory entered a $1 million private placement on Sept. 25, selling 667,000 Class A ordinary shares at $1.50 each. Proceeds are earmarked for further equity acquisitions in Austria-based Beta Beteiligungs und Besitz GmbH.
1. Placement terms
Investors also receive Series A warrants for 166,750 shares at $1.30 and Series B warrants for 166,750 shares at $1.10. Both warrant series are exercisable upon issuance and expire two years from issuance. Masonglory previously agreed to acquire a 20% stake in Beta under a share swap signed Aug. 12, 2026.
