1. Mastercard and Ericsson Global Alliance

Mastercard has combined its Move platform with Ericsson’s Fintech Platform to streamline cross-border transfers. Move supports transactions in 200 countries and connects more than 17 billion endpoints across 150 currencies, while Ericsson’s platform operates in 22 countries, serving over 120 million active users and processing four billion transactions each month.

2. Regional Rollout Aimed at Unbanked Markets

The joint solution will debut in the Middle East and Africa, targeting telecom operators, banks and fintechs to extend digital wallet services and reach unbanked and underbanked communities. Pre-integrated APIs, cloud-native infrastructure and compliance-ready systems are designed to reduce implementation complexity and accelerate time-to-market.

3. In-Chat AI Payments with Cashfree and Swiggy

Mastercard has also partnered with Cashfree Payments and Swiggy to introduce Cashfree Here, an in-chat payment extension for AI applications.
