MasterCraft Boat Holdings has named Charles “Chip” Gerlach as General Manager of its Crest and Balise pontoon segment, effective immediately. He will drive product innovation, strengthen dealer partnerships and accelerate operational and commercial performance, succeeding Mike O’Connell who moves to SVP of Operational Excellence.
