MCFT•MasterCraft Boat Holdings has named Charles “Chip” Gerlach as General Manager of its Crest and Balise pontoon segment, effective immediately. He will drive product innovation, strengthen dealer partnerships and accelerate operational and commercial performance, succeeding Mike O’Connell who moves to SVP of Operational Excellence.

MasterCraft Boat Holdings has appointed Charles “Chip” Gerlach as General Manager of its pontoon segment, overseeing both Crest and Balise brands effective immediately.
2. Responsibilities and Objectives
In his new role, Gerlach will drive product innovation, strengthen dealer partnerships and accelerate operational and commercial performance across the pontoon portfolio, leveraging his extensive marine industry experience.
3. Leadership Transition
Gerlach succeeds Mike O’Connell, who transitions to Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence to expand his impact across MasterCraft’s broader portfolio while partnering with Gerlach for continuity.
