Mattel CEO Ynon Kreiz is set to leave for a co-CEO role at Paramount Skydance, and former Condé Nast CEO Roger Lynch is expected to succeed him on or before November 2026. The report said Lynch’s transition could complicate a deal as he develops his strategy. Mattel has faced tariff-related costs and its shares have fallen 33% this year.
