Maze Therapeutics appointed Paula Johnson and Sophie Kornowski to its board.

Johnson is president of Wellesley College, a cardiologist, and a Johnson & Johnson director; previously she led Brigham and Women's women’s health programs.

Kornowski was CEO of Boston Pharmaceuticals from 2022, steering its liver-disease pipeline through its acquisition by GSK; formerly she led partnering at Roche.
