McCormick seeks secondary London Stock Exchange listing after Unilever Foods deal closes
MKC•Reason for the move
The move is intended to reflect the combined company’s global investor base, alongside an international headquarters in the Netherlands.
Planned London secondary listing
McCormick plans to seek a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange at the closing of its proposed Unilever Foods deal, expected by mid-2027.
The shares would trade in a secondary listing category on the LSE’s Main Market, while the group would keep its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
