McDonald’s names Skye Anderson president of McDonald’s USA, succeeding Joe Erlinger

McDonald's named Skye Anderson president of McDonald's USA, effective today.
Anderson most recently served as McDonald's USA chief operating officer; prior roles included U.S. West Zone head and Australia finance leadership.
She replaces Joe Erlinger, who is leaving the company after more than 20 years, including nearly seven years running the U.S. business.
Anderson will run nearly 14,000 U.S. restaurants, focusing on value, restaurant experience, growth and productivity under the McDonald's > NEXT strategy.
Erlinger will advise through early 2027 to support the transition.
