McGraw Hill Q1 revenue rises on growth in AI initiatives

McGraw Hill said fiscal first-quarter revenue grew 2.6% year over year to $549.9 million. Adjusted EBITDA margin for the quarter expanded to 37.7% from 35.7% a year earlier.
The company said the results were driven by market share gains, price realization and increased enrollment.

McGraw Hill reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 outlook for:
- Revenue of $2.115 billion to $2.175 billion
- Re-occurring revenue of $1.587 billion to $1.627 billion
- Adjusted EBITDA of $750 million to $790 million
