On February 20, 2026, MD Local Global Limited, the UK subsidiary of MDJM LTD, signed a Deal Memo with Paris-based creative firm H5 S.A.R.L. to establish a long-term partnership for the artistic conception and curatorial development of the planned Fernie Castle Animation Art Gallery in Scotland.
2. Curatorial Vision and Content
Under the agreement, H5 will serve as curator, collaborating on the gallery's conceptual framework, narrative structure, permanent collection design and inaugural exhibition, aiming to position animation as a recognized art form through interdisciplinary exhibitions, screenings and educational initiatives.
3. Financing, Production and Future Collaboration
