MDWerks missed the Aug. 14 deadline to file its quarterly Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2026.
Financial statements were not completed in time, preventing inclusion in the quarterly filing.
Certifying accountants had not finished their audit work for the financial statements required for the report.
The filing is expected within five calendar days of the original due date under Rule 12b-25.
No significant change in results of operations is anticipated versus the comparable prior-year period.
