Medtronic's board approved a cash dividend of $0.71 per ordinary share for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, consistent with the dividend increase announced in May 2025.

The dividend will be payable on April 17, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 27, 2026.

This marks Medtronic's 48th consecutive annual dividend increase, reinforcing its status as a member of the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats index.
