Mercedes to ship Nvidia AI chips later this year, launch US city-street autonomy
At CES, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang revealed more efficient AI chips for the Mercedes-Benz autonomous car project will begin shipping later this year. Mercedes-Benz said it will launch in the US later this year an advanced driver-assistance system that allows city-street autonomous operation under driver supervision.
