Mesa Laboratories announces annual shareholder meeting

Mesa Laboratories will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Lakewood, Colorado on Sept. 8, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing seven directors, including John Sullivan and Siddhartha Kadia.

The meeting will also consider ratifying Baker Tilly as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.

Investors will cast an advisory vote on executive compensation.
