Uwharrie Capital Q2 FY26 net income climbs 39.29% to $3.9 million

Net income available to common shareholders rose 40.74% to $3.8 million, lifting EPS 43.24% to $0.53.
Quarter included one-time gains
Quarter results included an $850,000 Visa Exchange Offer gain and a $424,000 reversal of CECL credit loss reserves.
Six-month results and balance sheet
Six-month net income climbed 31.48% to $7.1 million; net income available to common shareholders increased 33.33% to $6.8 million, and EPS rose 37.14% to $0.96.
Total assets edged up to $1.22 billion at June 30 from $1.20 billion at Dec. 31.
