The initiative aims to build a pipeline of electricians and technicians for its Hyperion project.

Five leading AI companies are projected to spend approximately $700 billion on data center construction this year, creating peak labor demands of up to 4,000 workers per site. Industry estimates foresee an annual shortfall of 81,000 electricians through 2034, driven by retirements and growing infrastructure needs.
