3. Hyperion Data Center in Louisiana
In Louisiana, Meta is developing the 2,250-acre Hyperion campus at a build cost of $10 billion, designed to deliver 5 gigawatts of compute power and connected to a local nuclear plant to secure high-density energy supply.
4. Ohio Prometheus Facility
The Ohio-based Prometheus facility, expected online in 2026, will leverage natural gas power for AI compute workloads and marks part of Meta's strategy to diversify energy sources across its data center portfolio.
