2. AI-Driven Content Review Automation
Meta has integrated large language models to automate roughly half of its content-review requests this year and plans to push automation beyond 90% by year-end 2026. This initiative leverages the company’s Muse Spark model to improve enforcement efficiency and reduce reliance on human moderators, aiming to significantly lower operating expenses across moderation, coding, and customer support functions.
