Metatek orders new eFTG instrument from Lockheed Martin under seven-year global exclusivity deal

1. Instrument agreement
Metatek reached an agreement with Lockheed Martin to manufacture and purchase a new eFTG instrument. The deal grants Metatek seven years of global exclusivity to buy new eFTG systems from Lockheed Martin. An option to buy an additional instrument at preferential pricing could extend the exclusivity period by two years, to nine years. Manufacturing is expected to take about three years, expanding future fleet capacity.
