2. Obesity Therapy Candidate DA-1726
DA-1726 is a novel oxyntomodulin analogue acting as a dual GLP-1 and glucagon receptor agonist, designed to decrease food intake and boost energy expenditure. In a Phase 1 multiple ascending dose trial, it delivered best-in-class results for weight loss, glucose control and waist circumference reduction.
3. MASH Candidate vanoglipel
Vanoglipel, a first-in-class GPR119 agonist, has shown differentiated hepatic benefits including reduced steatosis, inflammation and fibrosis in preclinical studies. A Phase 2a clinical trial confirmed its direct liver-targeted action alongside glucose-lowering effects.
