Mexco Energy hosts annual shareholder meeting

Mexco Energy held its annual shareholder meeting on Sept. 8, 2026.

• Shareholders adopted the amended and restated 2019 employee incentive stock plan; the plan’s implementation will proceed under its terms.
• Stockholders also ratified Weaver and Tidwell as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
