Miami International Holdings posted Q2 2026 net revenue of USD 141.1 million, up 35% year over year; GAAP diluted EPS rose to USD 0.40.
GAAP net income attributable to stockholders climbed 88% to USD 44.2 million, helped by an income tax benefit of USD 15.4 million.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA jumped 57% to USD 76.8 million; adjusted EBITDA margin widened 7 percentage points to 54%.
Volume, market share and outlook
Options average daily volume increased 25.3% to 11,000,000 contracts; market share slipped 0.2 percentage points to 16.5%.
The company updated its FY 2026 adjusted operating expense view to USD 260 million-USD 270 million; Thomas P. Gallagher said the Bloomberg index futures suite is now live.
