MiCo subsidiary KoMiCo guarantees CNY 120 million debt for Huizhou unit
HSBC•KoMiCo will guarantee CNY 120 million in borrowing by KoMiCo Technology (Huizhou), equal to KRW 23.84 billion and 6.7% of KoMiCo’s equity. Total outstanding debt guarantees, including this transaction, reach KRW 538.03 billion.
1. Guarantee details
MiCo subsidiary KoMiCo will guarantee 100% of CNY 120 million in borrowing by KoMiCo Technology (Huizhou) from HSBC Bank (China). The guarantee runs from October 28, 2026, through October 31, 2029.
2. Outstanding guarantees
The guarantee is valued at KRW 23.84 billion, or 6.7% of KoMiCo’s equity. Total outstanding debt guarantees, including this transaction, reach KRW 538.03 billion.
