Microsoft introduces new Copilot with Home, Code and Autopilot
MSFT•Microsoft introduced a new Copilot with Home, Code and Autopilot, with features rolling out through previews and the Frontier program in the coming weeks.
1. Copilot features roll out
Microsoft said Copilot Managed Runtime is now in public preview and will also be accessible inside Code. Office in Copilot will bring Word, Excel and PowerPoint to Copilot, while Code in Copilot is expected to enter preview for Microsoft 365 Premium and Pro subscribers later this year.
2. Preview timelines
Microsoft said Today in Home enters private preview in October and will also come to Outlook and Teams. Home and Code are rolling out via the Frontier program in the coming weeks, while Autopilot is entering private preview at month-end. Agent 365 cost management is expanding to Code and Copilot Managed Runtime, with Copilot Studio support planned for October.
