Microsoft Joins Anthropic’s Glasswing AI to Uncover Thousands of Software Bugs
Anthropic launched Glasswing, an AI model co-developed with Microsoft, Nvidia and Amazon that detects software vulnerabilities, uncovering thousands of bugs—including some over 30 years old—in major operating systems and browsers. Anthropic unveiled Glasswing, an AI-powered tool designed to automatically scan software and expose critical vulnerabilities. Named after the transparent glasswing butterfly, the model has already identified thousands of bugs, including flaws dating back over three decades in widely used operating systems and web browsers.
