2. HR Division Restructuring
Chief People Officer Amy Coleman revealed a reorganization that merges HR4HR with Culture and Inclusion into a new People & Culture team led by Leslie Lawson Sims. Engineering HR functions will report to Mel Simpson, while Mike Cyran and Fred Thiele take on roles overseeing total rewards and global benefits, respectively, reinforcing support for Copilot initiatives.
