Walters spent 13 years at Lucasfilm, working on franchise growth and relaunch efforts. At Mojang, she oversaw Minecraft unit sales rising to more than 425 million from 350 million, and scaled merchandising into a top-20 global business, alongside film adaptation and theme park placements.
