Ming Shing Group signs strategic cooperation pact with Meal Though Seasons HK on graphene cold-chain uses

Ming Shing entered a non-binding strategic cooperation MOU via its subsidiary PMA Nano Carbon Technology with Meal Though Seasons HK.
The parties plan to apply PMA graphene thermal management technology across Meal Though’s agriculture supply chain, including greenhouses, processing and cold-chain logistics.
Pilot testing and possible future collaboration
The collaboration targets pilot testing, product development and commercial rollout.
The parties may also explore equity investment, joint ventures and M&A. The MOU sets only a preliminary framework, with no revenue commitments or financial obligations unless definitive agreements are signed.
