MiniMed appoints Amy Bricker, Timothy Main to board

MiniMed appointed Amy Bricker and Timothy L. Main to its board, effective immediately, completing its post-separation board transition.

1. Board appointments

Bricker, Walgreens’ executive vice president of enterprise pharmacy and former Express Scripts president, joins the nominating and corporate governance committee. Main, former CEO and chairman of Jabil, joins the audit committee.
