MINISO filed an HKEX next-day disclosure return showing the cancellation of 24,918,944 repurchased shares on Aug. 24.
- The cancelled buybacks included 19,038,400 shares repurchased in Hong Kong at a weighted average price of HKD 29.02 per share.
- An additional 5,880,544 shares repurchased in the U.S. at a weighted average price of USD 3.93 per share were also cancelled.
- Issued shares fell to 1,214,041,449 from 1,238,960,393 as of Aug. 24.
