MiNK Therapeutics said new preclinical data from a human organoid model showed tumor-cell killing with agenT-797 alone in checkpoint inhibitor-refractory colorectal cancer liver metastases. The results will be presented at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer’s 41st Annual Meeting on Nov. 7, 2026, and support a Phase 2 combination trial with botensilimab and balstilimab in previously treated MSS metastatic colorectal cancer. Separate preclinical findings on iNKT approaches clearing senescent tumor cells and fibroblasts will be presented Nov. 6, 2026.
