1. Minth’s Alabama Campus Investment

Taiwanese auto supplier Minth will invest $430 million to convert a 400-acre brownfield site in Gadsden, Alabama into a nearly one-million-square-foot manufacturing campus. The project will create 1,325 jobs averaging $49,000 in annual wages and produce plastic and aluminum components for North American automakers including Lucid.

2. LucidHealth Rebranding to Lucid Teleradiology

LucidHealth has renamed its LucidSolutions division to Lucid Teleradiology to clarify its service focus and strengthen its position in the US tele-imaging market. The rebrand aligns with the company’s strategy to enhance clarity for clients and investors and drive growth in advanced radiology services.
