Mitsubishi Electric Power Products teams with Nvidia on chip-to-grid blueprint for AI factories
NVDA•Power, cooling and controls architecture
The architecture is built around 250 MW blocks, expandable to gigawatt-scale sites, supporting rack densities from about 200 kW to over 1 MW.
The design integrates utility interconnection, on-site generation, battery storage, power distribution, cooling and controls to address power constraints for AI factories.
Chip-to-Grid reference designs for AI data center campuses
Mitsubishi Electric unveiled Chip-to-Grid reference designs aligned with NVIDIA’s Vera Rubin DSX AI Factory Reference Design for AI data center campuses.
The blueprint targets hyperscale, neocloud and colocation operators in North America to speed buildouts, cut engineering complexity and scale capacity.
