MKDWELL Tech Partners with Sensor Electronics for Beidou-Based Agri Automation Systems
MKDWELL Tech’s subsidiary signed a non-binding LOI with Sensor Electronics to jointly develop Beidou terminal products—high-precision positioning modules, antennas, 4G/5G communication modules and IMU components—alongside central integrated controllers for agricultural machinery. The companies plan precision operations and remote monitoring solutions, targeting mid-2026 deployment.
1. LOI Agreement Details
MKDWELL Tech’s operating subsidiary and Sensor Electronics signed a non-binding letter of intent outlining their cooperation framework. The LOI specifies responsibilities in hardware design, software algorithms, testing, verification and market development, with definitive agreements to follow on delivery timelines and unit pricing.
2. Product Development Scope
Joint development includes Beidou terminal products—high-precision positioning modules, antennas, 4G/5G communication modules and IMU components—and central integrated controllers featuring ECU processing modules and related interfaces. The focus is on precision agricultural operations and remote monitoring capabilities to enhance crop yields and efficiency.
3. Deployment Timeline and Objectives
Both parties aim to finalize a definitive agreement and accelerate solution deployment starting in mid-2026. MKDWELL Tech expects this partnership to address labor shortages in agriculture across Asia, the Americas and Europe by providing intelligent machinery automation solutions.
