Mobix Labs launches national security initiative, expands focus beyond connectivity

Mobix Labs launched a National Security Matters initiative to widen its acquisition and investment focus across strategic industries tied to U.S. security priorities.

The board-backed push targets critical resources, defense-related systems, infrastructure resilience, energy, and digital technologies.

The initiative builds on the proposed acquisition of Special Project Delivery and will be pursued through that relationship.

Chairman Jimmy Peterson framed the move as linking national and economic security.

CEO Phil Sansone said the strategy aims to expand growth options while keeping capital allocation disciplined.
