Mobix Labs secured its first production order for EMI-filtered connectors supporting the U.S. Air Force’s F-16 Fighting Falcon sustainment market.
The order was placed by a veteran-owned U.S. aerospace sustainment contractor; initial shipments have been delivered, and the remaining units are due in the coming weeks.
Footprint in U.S. fighter aircraft expands
The update expands its U.S. fighter aircraft footprint, following a roughly five-fold increase in component orders tied to the F-22 program.
The connectors are manufactured at its military-approved facility in Irvine, California, positioning the company for potential follow-on demand.
