Monster Beverage CEO Americas Rob Gehring resigns, Emelie Tirre named interim Americas lead
MNST•Rob Gehring will step down effective Nov. 30, 2026, to rejoin Coca-Cola as president of its North America operating unit. Monster Chief Strategy Officer Emelie C. Tirre will oversee the Americas and Caribbean on an interim basis starting Dec. 1, 2026.

Gehring will leave Monster Beverage on Nov. 30, 2026, and rejoin Coca-Cola as president of its North America operating unit. Tirre, Monster’s chief strategy officer, will take interim oversight of the Americas and Caribbean starting Dec. 1. She previously served as chief commercial officer for the Americas, the Caribbean and Oceania, leading sales and market expansion across those regions.
